Pricing & payment

How much does this cost?

$2,499 one-time for the site, plus $99/month for Site Care (Global CDN hosting, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and one batched content update per week).

Is the monthly fee required?

No. You own the site and the files. If you want to host it yourself, we hand over a clean export. Most customers keep the monthly plan because $99 buys cheaper hosting + zero ops than they would pay separately.

What happens if I want to cancel the monthly plan?

Cancel anytime in your customer dashboard or by email. The site keeps running; we hand you the files and you can host them anywhere. There is no exit fee.

Do you offer refunds?

Full refund within 14 days of launch — no questions, no fine print. After that, we keep iterating on the site as part of the monthly plan.

The work

How is a site built so quickly?

We use modern tooling, a tight scope, and a single decision-maker. We do not write blog posts about our process or send slide decks. The first preview lands in 48 hours; you iterate from a real, working site, not a wireframe.

Will it look like every other small business website?

No. Every site is custom-designed for your business. No themes, no drag-and-drop templates. The portfolio page shows the variety.

How many revisions can I request?

Unlimited until you sign off. We would rather iterate three times than ship a site you do not love. Revisions are part of the fixed price — no extra charge.

What if I want changes after the site is live?

The $99/month plan includes one content update per week — new menu, new photo, updated hours. Bigger changes are billed at $99/hour or as a fixed-price add-on (see the pricing page).

Can I add new pages later?

Yes. Extra pages are $199 each, scoped and shipped within a few days.

Trust & ownership

Who is Fifth Ave Web?

A boutique web studio focused on NYC small businesses. Operated by Faris Brni from Hamburg, Germany, working remotely with clients across the US and EU. The footer carries the real registered business name; the receipt from Stripe matches.

Where are you based?

Hamburg, Germany — in the Winterhude district. We work remotely with NYC small businesses and clients across the US and EU. Most communication is async (email + form); a 15-minute call is available when you want one.

Do you have references I can talk to?

Yes. After your first email we are happy to introduce you to one or two previous customers in your industry. The portfolio page also links to live sites.

Will I own the site?

Yes — every file, the source, the domain, all of it. You can host it anywhere. The hosting and care plan is optional convenience, not lock-in.

What happens if Fifth Ave Web goes away?

You already own the files and the domain. We can hand off to your in-house developer or another agency at any time. The site is built on modern, standard tooling — anyone competent can take it over in an afternoon.

Technical

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. We handle the domain, hosting, SSL, email forwarding, and search-engine setup. The monthly plan covers the rest.

What if I already have a domain?

We point your existing domain to the new site — usually a 15-minute change at your registrar. Your old emails keep working untouched.

What if I do not have a domain yet?

We buy and register one for you at cost (typically $12–$20/year for a .com). It is in your name from day one.

Will my site work on mobile?

Yes. Every site is built mobile-first and tested at 320 px, 375 px, 414 px and 768 px before launch. Most of your traffic is on phones; the site has to feel native there.

Will my site show up on Google?

Yes — every site ships with metadata, a sitemap, and submitted indexing. We also configure Google Business Profile if you want. Local SEO is included in the monthly plan.

Logistics

How long does the whole process take?

First preview in 48 hours. Most sites go live within 4–7 days. The bottleneck is usually waiting for customer feedback, not our build time.

How do I communicate with you?

Email is fastest. We reply within a few hours during European working hours (CET) and the same day for anything sent overnight. Calendly is available for 15-minute calls.

Do you work weekends?

For launches and urgent customer-side blockers, yes. For new project starts, we batch the kickoff at the start of the next week — keeps our quality consistent.

What time zone are you in?

Central European Time (UTC+1, +2 in summer). NYC is 6 hours behind. Most NYC customers find the time difference helpful — they email us at the end of their day and wake up to a reply.

Ready for a site that looks like it belongs on Madison?

Email us about your business and we’ll send back two example NYC sites we built in your industry — same day, no slide deck.
